By using BibleMind, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

• Provide accurate account information.
• Keep your account secure.
• Do not misuse or interfere with the platform.
• Respect other users and our community.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may create an account using Google OAuth or email verification.

• When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture to create and manage your account.
• We never receive or store your Google password.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
• You must not share your account or API keys with anyone else.

BibleMind Premium is available through recurring subscriptions. Payments are securely processed by Paystack.

• By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your Premium benefits will remain available until the end of your current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with reasonable notice.

Your use of Paystack is also governed by Paystack's own terms and privacy policy.

All content on BibleMind, including our branding, design, quizzes, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to BibleMind and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce our content without permission.

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack or disrupt BibleMind.
• Use automated tools to abuse the platform.
• Share or misuse another person's account.
• Engage in unlawful or harmful activities while using our service.
• Upload malicious code or content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

BibleMind integrates with third-party services to operate. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies:

• Google OAuth — for authentication
• Paystack — for payment processing

We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party service providers.

You may delete your account at any time.

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
• We will delete your personal data within 30 days of account deletion, except where legally required to retain records (such as billing records).

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• BibleMind is a study tool and does not provide professional religious, legal, or financial advice.
• We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

BibleMind is provided "as is." While we strive to provide a reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the platform will always be free from errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BibleMind is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the dashboard. Continued use of BibleMind after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
